FINANCE

Mrs. Agnes Attipoe is the head of the Unit. Under the Unit are the Budget and Logistics Officers, PRO, and the Storekeeper.

The Finance and Administration Unit ensures that wages and salaries paid to workers and teachers are actually earned and ghost names are removed from pay rolls. In addition they keep a database on budget and administration for reports, monitoring and evaluation and as well see to the preparation of financial reports by Budget Officer. They also supervise on-going rehabilitation and new construction projects in the Municipality. The Unit also monitors the distribution of textbooks, and the activities of the Public Relations Officer. The Unit Head also chairs the budget and procurement committee meetings.
